At Chapters & Flowers, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each product. As many of our items are custom-made or curated, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the following terms carefully:

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. This policy is in place due to the customized nature of many of our items, such as book boxes, book bouquets, and gift baskets, which are crafted with care specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a mistake in the product you receive, please contact us at chaptersandflowers@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and work to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to damage or defects.
