We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over CAD $150 within Canada. For orders under CAD $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. International shipping is available, and rates will vary based on the destination country.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods like holidays or special promotions, order processing may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Canada): Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days after processing.
  • United States Shipping: Expect delivery within 7-14 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location, typically between 10-21 business days.

Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or extreme weather conditions. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Our postal service is Canada Post, ensuring reliable and efficient shipping for all your orders.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or the link provided in your email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
